Using Whole School Approach model, cross-professional teamwork including School-based Educational Psychologists, School-based Speech Therapist, social workers and school teachers work together to promote early identification and support of students with special educational needs (SEN). A student support team is set up to coordinate the use of additional resources such as: Learning Support Grant, Enhanced School-based Speech Therapy Service, etc.; provide support such as: detachable group teaching, pre-school tutoring, Individual Education Plans, Primary one Early Identification program, literacy groups, social Groups, focus training groups.
