📚 Approach & Strategies
Implementing small class teaching and cooperative learning. Cross subjects learning and reading lessons. In order to enhance the biliterate and trilingual abilities of students, we use Putonghua or Cantonese to teach Chinese. We teach Maths, Science & Humanities in English. We use Cantonese as the language of teaching other subjects. We participate in different Support Schemes for building up our school-based curriculum for our students with different needs. 💛 SEN Support
Well use the deployment of resources such as Learning Support Grant and Enhanced Speech Therapy Grant to help the students who have learning difficulty. Furthermore, we provide specific measures in supporting students with SEN, such as teaching adaptation and assessment accommodation, remedial learning groups, training on social skills, school-based speech therapy services, individual education plan. Teachers and 3 school social workers discuss the student progress with parents who need help regularly.
