📚 Approach & Strategies
We promote self-regulated learning to establish good learning habits and attitude for students. According to Attainment Test evaluation results, strong improvements are seen in students' academic results and learning motivation. Our curriculums are updated regularly. E-learning is also promoted to facilitate teaching and learning, along with a wide range of extra curricular activities. Our school-based gifted education policy provides diversified learning experience for students to develop their potentials. Four teachers from our school received The Chief Executive's Award for Teaching Excellence in 2008/2009 and 2010/2011. Teachers also form Learning Circles to carry out research on students' learning.
💛 SEN Support
Students are streamed into smaller groups for Chinese Language, English Language, Mathematics and Citizenship and Social Development. We differentiate worksheets to cater for students with diverse abilities. We offer extracurricular activities to facilitate the development of students' multiple intelligence. We have Special Educational Needs Support Teachers (SENSTs) and has appointed a Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to lead the Student Support Team to promote the school's inclusive culture.
