The school is committed to building a culture of inclusiveness and caring by the whole school participation to support students with special educational needs. Students in need are provided with appropriate and diversified support services to enhance students' learning efficiency and help them to integrate into campus life. The school values “home-school cooperation” and advises parents on strategies to support students through different channels. The Learning Support Committee, consisting of a Special Educational Needs Coordinator, social workers, an educational psychologist and a team of professionally trained teachers and supporting staff, is set up to support SEN students. The PTA holds and sponsors various activities, such as "Old Book Selling", "S1 Form Association Inauguration Ceremony", "Annual Concert", "Reading Scheme" and parent talks. In 2011, the PTA established the “Student Activity Fund” to sponsor life-wide learning activities, encouraging students to explore diverse interests and promote whole person development. |
