Our school has Chinese as the medium of instruction to equip students with a balanced development in moral, intellectual, physical, social, aesthetic and spiritual aspects. Through the study of different subjects, students' knowledge is enriched and their abilities to think, appreciate and create are enhanced. With the campus wide wireless LAN system, teaching and learning efficiency can be promoted. When it comes inclusion, Lai Chack Middle School adopts a whole-school approach to help students with special educational needs. All school personnel, including the principal, teachers, schools social workers, teaching assistants and non-teaching staff are cooperating to help students with special needs. The Academic Board has a SEN Support team, which is under the guidance of the principal and vice-principal. It has a Special Educational Needs Coordinator who works together with guidance directors, social workers, teachers and school-based educational psychologists to develop appropriate support plans for students in need.
